—————————–We are happy to announce:
On April, 30th, 2009 the Hungarian bitch Blessed Borders Brilliant was mated by my faithfull old allrounder Whenway Celtic Tradition! Puppies can be reserved at: blessedborders@externet.hu HP: www.blessedborders.hu
About Celtic: has a lovely, calm, friendly and open temperament. He is over 13 years now and has been retired from sports for two years, but until the age of 11 he could work virtually all day long. He is a strong dog, very powerful on sheep, working always on his feet.
When he was young he was a powerful Agility dog who won a lot of cups and competed in the Austrian team for the Agility World Championship (his team came 4th in Dortmund ‘99). In his best years he was a trialling dog, running in trial class 3 (open class) and finishing his career as a Reserve team member of the Austrian Continental Team 2007 in Norway.
When there was time left, he also loved to compete in Obedience, in BGH3 and GH3 and worked with great enthusiasm and power! He finished his career in Obedience with a last third place in the Wild West Turnier 2007.Last but not least he proved himself as an excellent stud dog. His pups inherited his lovely temperament and enthusiasm for work. They also have very good hip scores and overall health. They even look very well in the show ring. Some of his children were the foundation of successful new Border Collie Kennels. His daughter Lightspeed Darjeeling is Austrian National Champion in trial cl. 1 and going for the Continental Qualification in open class this year.
More about Celtic on his site.
About Brill: Very well balanced bitch with excellent nerve system. She is kind, lovely, intelligent and insistent. She inherited the very best features of her parents in all means. She is a young and promising bitch with an excellent natural working style. She passed the FCI herding exam and proved her qualities not only at trainings but also on the trial fields. Until now she ran 2 international trials and won both of them in her class. She got very good critics from well known trainers and handlers.But this is just the start… ;
